Owner Suzanne Marchetti has more than 25 years of experience in the business. It is her love of animals that causes her to constantly seek a higher quality of service in all the areas of her business.

Suzanne's love for animals began very early in life. Her first pet was a guinea pig she named 'Mouse Meat' and much to her parents dismay she released 300 frogs in her parents backyard. When she was older she continued on a path of animals and went to work at Lion County Safari and then Cambria Kennels under Bob Mankey.

When Suzanne struck out on her own she continued with what she was taught by Mr. Mankey and continued to breed Basenji's and showed them as well while she continued to hone in on her grooming skills. When she opened her shop she had a dream to have a place where her own dogs could be safe and cared for in a manner they were use to when she want on vacation. Here at Uptown Paw all dogs and cats are treated to that dream. We continue to strive to have our grooming, boarding and day care the state-of-the-art.

We are active in the dog show world with Desert Reefs Twiilight going Uptown, aka 'Aro' our white standard poodle co-owned by manager Pam Greene and Suzanne Marchetti and in grooming competitions with Kash, Suzanne's black standard poodle We have our 4 Standard Poodle Ambassadors. They are Justin,Taylorr Mei, Kash and Aro.
